Deputy Clinical Lead: End-of-Life Community Care

St Luke’s Hospice Plymouth is seeking a Deputy Clinical Lead for the End of Life Urgent Care Service. The role focuses on delivering high-quality end-of-life care in the community, supporting patients in their preferred care setting and preventing unnecessary hospital admissions.

The ideal candidate is a registered adult nurse with strong clinical leadership skills and experience in palliative care. Full-time positions are available with flexible working patterns, primarily based at the hospice with community visits.
