LIVES is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the delivery of our commissioned and commercial services, ensuring they are safe, effective, well-resourced and deliver exceptional outcomes.
This is a senior operational leadership role responsible for translating strategy into action, overseeing workforce deployment, mobilising new contracts and delivery sites, and ensuring operational excellence across a diverse service portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operational delivery of services across the organisation
- Oversee workforce planning, deployment and resource management
- Mobilise new contracts, projects and service developments
- Monitor service performance, quality and customer experience
- Lead operational teams and support managers to perform effectively
- Manage complaints, operational challenges and service escalations
