Pay: up to £14.46 per hour or £32,000 per annum
Shift Patterns: You may choose from the following options
- Core: 4 on / 4 off rotation (days, nights & weekends)
- Relief: Flexible shifts covering days, nights & weekends

Looking for a fresh start? Many of our team joined from retail, care and customer service roles. Through our development programmes, people have progressed into supervisory or training roles within 12 months.
What you’ll be doing
As a Security Officer, you’ll help keep people, property, and premises safe by:
- Monitoring CCTV, alarms & site access
- Carrying out security patrols
- Supporting staff, visitors & contractors
- Managing incidents & reporting concerns
- Controlling vehicle access & parking
- Issuing visitor passes & managing keys
- Delivering excellent customer service

Qualifications and Experience
You don’t need a security background. If you’ve worked with people, you already have what it takes.
We’re looking for
- Great communication & customer service skills
- Reliable, professional & proactive attitude
- Full UK driving licence
- Can‑do attitude and a desire to work with us
- Ability to work days, nights & weekends
- Physically fit (regular patrols included in the role)
Must have’s
- Right to work in the UK
- Ability to pass BPSS & SC clearance
- British National
- Lived in the UK for the past 5 years
- SIA licence holders welcome, but not essential
Due to the nature of this opportunity, candidates must achieve Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) and Security Check (SC) Clearance. Must be a British National and have lived in the UK for the last 5 years.
