Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in civil engineering packages on large-scale solar farm projects.

The role will involve managing the commercial aspects of groundworks, reinforced concrete works, infrastructure, and associated civil engineering packages, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum 15 years’ UK construction experience
• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
• Experience managing procurement, cost control, subcontractor accounts, valuations, and final accounts
• Ability to work closely with project and site teams
• A trustworthy, organised, and proactive approach

Experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, or data centre projects would be a strong advantage.
