Waiting Staff – Monty’s Diner, Liverpool Airport

Part time contracts until end of September 2026.

Pay Rate: £12.85 per hour plus an extra £1.20 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 AM, bringing your total rate to £14.05 per hour. Opportunity to earn extra tips and service charge.

Hours of operation are 3 am to 10 pm. Work flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

About You

• Believe in the power of people & believe that today is going to be a good day.
• Be passionate and kind while always ensuring that all guests leave having had the best of times.
• Have 5 years of references and a Criminal Record Check.
• Be 18 years of age or over and able to serve alcohol.

About the Waiting Staff Role

• Deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Take food and drink orders accurately using POS systems.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards.
• Support smooth day-to-day operations alongside kitchen and bar teams.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and food safety standards at all times.
• Handle payments and customer queries professionally.
• Support opening, closing, and restocking duties as needed.
• Work collaboratively as part of a busy and energetic team.
