About the Role
Are you an experienced BDM with a proven track record of winning new business and developing accounts within Industrial End Users and Distribution channels? Do you thrive on the hunt for new business whilst also building and managing long-term relationships with key accounts? If so, this is an exciting opportunity with an established manufacturer of industrial equipment and consumables targeting industrial end users and distributors across the UK.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for sourcing, growing and developing national and key accounts across the UK with a focus on industrial end users and distribution channels
- New business focused – generating, landing and expanding accounts across the UK
- Liaising with potential customers at various levels including board, procurement and purchasing departments
- Join an established business at an exciting time as they look to significantly grow their presence in the industrial market
Qualifications
- Proven success as a BDM selling industrial equipment, consumables or related products into industrial end users and/or distribution
- Experience winning and managing large accounts within industrial markets
- A hunter mentality – confident, driven and energised by new business
- Personable, memorable and able to build strong long-term relationships
- Experienced in landing and expanding new accounts
- Full UK driving licence
- Right to work in the UK indefinitely – sponsorship will not be provided
