The Opportunity
This is a strategic, commercially focused leadership role, responsible for maximising the brand’s presence and performance within major retail environments.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Owning and developing the retail channel strategy across key partners
- Driving sell-through, visibility, and in-store execution within partner environment
- Identifying opportunities to expand distribution and optimise retail performance
- Building senior relationships with key retail partners to influence positioning and growth
- Collaborating cross-functionally (marketing, eCommerce, brand) to deliver a cohesive retail proposition
About You
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of increasing sell-through and retail performance
- Experience managing and influencing key national retail account
- Experience within health, beauty, skincare or supplements
- Ability to translate brand strategy into impactful in-store execution
