Security Officer

We are currently looking for experienced SIA Door Supervisors to join our team at ESG Security, based at Gravesham Hospital in Gravesend.

• Maintain a safe and secure environment
• Access control
• IT skills
• Respond promptly and professionally to incidents
• Deliver outstanding customer service
• Promote health and safety awareness

Qualifications

• Candidates should have proven experience in the security sector
• Possess a full UK driving licence
• Smart and approachable
• Ability to communicate with people at all levels
• Previous experience in security
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
• Strong conflict resolution and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Hours & Pay

• Shift patterns: 4ON-4OFF
• Day shifts: 06:00 – 18:00
• Rate of Pay: £13.25 per hour
