Millison Chase Limited is currently looking for a motivated and ambitious Trainee Recruitment or Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Transport & Logistics recruitment team based in Redditch.

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will work within the busy transport and logistics sector, helping place HGV drivers and transport professionals into temporary and permanent positions across the UK. You will learn all aspects of the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, client management, advertising vacancies, compliance, and account development.
Pay & Progression
- £22,000 £35,000 basic salary depending on experience
- Uncapped commission structure
Key Responsibilities
- Recruiting HGV drivers, LGV drivers, and transport staff
- Speaking with candidates and matching them to suitable vacancies
- Building relationships with new and existing clients
- Writing and advertising job vacancies across online platforms
- Learning recruitment compliance procedures including right to work checks and driver regulations
- Managing candidate and client information using CRM systems
- Supporting the growth of the transport recruitment division
Requirements
- Positive and motivated attitude
- Strong communication and people skills
- Confidence speaking with candidates and clients
- Sales or customer service experience beneficial but not essential
- Recruitment experience helpful but not required
- Organised, target-driven, and eager to learn
- Full UK driving licence preferred
