JG Collection is hiring a Sales & Client Support Coordinator to join our small, hands-on luxury travel representation business.

This vacancy has been created following an internal promotion, and the role has historically been a strong stepping stone for people who have gone on to more senior roles within the travel and hospitality industry.

JG Collection works with a carefully selected portfolio of independent luxury hotels, destinations and travel partners across Scotland, England, Malta, France, Greece, Turkey, Marrakesh, Estonia and beyond. We help our partners grow business from UK and selected international leisure, MICE, corporate and specialist travel markets.

This is not a purely administrative role. It is a central coordination role with direct visibility across clients, hotels, sales activity, events, reporting and business priorities.

You will support the owner and wider sales team with meeting preparation, follow-up, CRM updates, client reporting, proposals, presentations, event coordination, travel logistics and general business administration.

The right person will be highly organised, practical, proactive and calm under pressure. You will enjoy detail, but also understand the bigger commercial picture: helping the team convert opportunities, protect client relationships and deliver a high standard of service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting sales meetings, client meetings, hotel updates and follow-up actions
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records, contact notes, pipeline updates and client activity
  • Preparing client reports, presentations, proposals and internal summaries
  • Coordinating exhibitions, showcases, hotel visits and selected industry events
  • Keeping hotel collateral, imagery, factsheets and sales documents up to date
  • Liaising with colleagues, hotels, suppliers and external marketing support
  • Supporting contracts, expenses, filing, recruitment coordination and internal processes

We are looking for someone with at least one year’s experience in a coordinator, PA, sales support, operations, events, hospitality or client service role. Experience in luxury travel, hotels, events, MICE, sales support or representation would be helpful, but attitude, organisation, communication and ownership are just as important.

This is a remote-first role, but not an isolated one. Regular communication with the team is essential, and there will be occasional in-person meetings, hotel visits and events.

For the right person, there is genuine scope to grow into a broader commercial, client development, account support, operations or marketing role over time.
