Teaching Assistant – The Spinney

We arelooking for someone, ideally, with a good understanding of our pupils’ specialeducational needs and/or prior experience of working in education to:

• support teachers in delivering an appropriate and outstandingcurriculum
• support young children in reception and key stage 1, who have complexspecial educational and health needs, both with class based activities and overlunchtime
• be able to maintain a positive approach when faced with challenges
• support assessment within the provision
• participate as a team member in the operation, promotion,evaluation and development of the The Spinney and to work collaborately
• ensure the safety and welfare of allpupils
