This role is ideal for candidates with practical experience in joinery, caravans, modular construction, shop fitting, fit‑out, manufacturing or assembly who are looking to develop their skills within a professional and growing business.

The Role
Working within a modern production facility, you’ll support the construction and fit‑out of high‑quality modular buildings.
Duties may include:
- Internal fitting and finishing
- Measuring and cutting materials
- Installing fixtures and fittings
- Using hand and power tools
- Working from drawings and specifications
- Supporting skilled tradespeople
- Maintaining quality standards throughout the build process
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in joinery, caravans, modular, shop fitting or manufacturing
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Good practical skills and attention to detail
- Reliable and committed approach to work
- Ability to work as part of a team
