We’re looking for a skilled Backend Developer with a passion for clean, scalable code and a keen eye for detail. While 2+ years of agency experience is preferred, it’s not required. This role offers the flexibility to work from our Welshpool office or in a hybrid capacity.

Required Skills & Experience
• Strong PHP knowledge, including WordPress and Laravel• Comfortable using Composer and Git• Good command line and SSH skills• Solid experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL• Previous experience with third-party API integrations
Nice to Have (But Not Essential)
• Experience with Tailwind, React, and TypeScript• Familiarity with Docker• Knowledge of ticket-based systems like JIRA• Experience with cloud hosting providers• Minimum 2 years of agency experience
