Role: Online Trading Coordinator

We’re looking for an organized, customer‑experience focused coordinator to support the growth of Sweaty Betty’s e‑commerce site.

Responsibilities

  • Support day‑to‑day trading and content management of SweatyBetty.com
  • Compile accurate daily, weekly and seasonal trading performance reports, identifying trends and opportunities
  • Use data to drive decisions and optimize customer experience
  • Develop and maintain the trading calendar and content strategy, delivering streamlined content and tactic plans with clear journey mapping
  • Prepare and deliver sale and seasonal marketing campaigns and personalised experiences, ensuring seamless and commercially effective customer journeys from marketing channels
  • Partner with Marketing and Creative teams to deliver localized, on‑brand content and messaging updates across all relevant markets
  • Ensure product listing and search results pages are merchandised effectively, using Salesforce Commerce Cloud sorting rules and optimising for regional nuances and filter opportunities
  • Identify new onsite opportunities, propose ideas and innovations to improve the customer experience and aid conversion
  • Implement a testing‑first mentality to deliver agreed KPIs and continual optimisation
  • Develop strong collaborative relationships across departments, especially within the Support Office, Ecommerce, Marketing, Planning and Creative teams

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2years experience in a similar e‑commerce role
  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Google Analytics, PowerBI, ContentSquare, Dynamic Yield and Amplience (desired)
  • Advanced Excel skills with an analytical and questioning mindset
  • Highly organised and self‑motivated, able to prioritise heavy workloads in a fast‑paced retail environment
  • Faultless attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure
  • Proactive, positive approach to problem‑solving
  • Ideas‑driven and results‑focused, able to see initiatives through to fruition
  • Dynamic team player with strong interpersonal skills
