Role Summary

We are seeking a Financial Due Diligence Senior Manager to join our fast‑growing Transaction Services team in London. The role is client‑focused and requires a proven record in delivering commercially insightful buy‑ and sell‑side FDD reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for the delivery of high‑quality, clear and concise FDD reports.
  • Oversee the creation of informative analysis of historical and forecast trading performance, working capital, and cash flows.
  • Prepare and deliver high‑quality proposals and develop scopes.
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients and target management teams.
  • Onboard clients and manage associated risk.
  • Assist lead advisers, lenders, W&I insurers and other specialists, including risk management.
  • Co‑ordinate with M&A tax colleagues and other specialist teams.
  • Recruit, supervise and train junior staff.
  • Support business development activities and build internal and external networks.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A professional qualification such as ACA, CA, ACCA or an international equivalent.
  • 4–5 years of dedicated FDD experience, preferably from a dedicated FDD team.
  • A strong analytical and commercial mindset, with expertise in quality of earnings analysis, EV to equity bridge, and financial forecasting.
  • Experience reviewing completion accounts and SPAs is advantageous.
  • An understanding of risk management, liability and KYC requirements surrounding a transaction.
