Site Manager (Full-Time Permanent)
Location: Coca-Cola Head Office (Site-Based)
Pay: £35,000 – £40,000 per year
Hours: Monday–Friday (flexible shifts)
Requirement: Must meet full compliance checks including DBS
About The Role
Kingdom Services Group is recruiting for an experienced and driven Site Manager to oversee service delivery at the Coca-Cola Head Office.
This is a key leadership role where you will manage on-site teams, maintain high service standards, and build strong client relationships within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading, managing, and motivating on-site teams
- Delivering high-quality service in line with KPIs and SLAs
- Managing rotas, payroll, and staffing requirements
- Conducting audits and ensuring compliance with HSE and company standards
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Overseeing budgets, stock control, and site reporting
- Monitoring performance and driving continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in site management and leadership
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Experience working with KPIs, audits, and service delivery
- Knowledge of rota planning, payroll, and budget management
- Proactive, adaptable, and results-driven approach
- Competent in Microsoft Office
Requirements
- Full 5-year checkable employment history
- Minimum of two references
- Right to work in the UK
- DBS check required
