What Youll Need

  • Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
  • The ability to work full-time (37.5hours per week) with a 7-day availability
  • Previous experience in a care/support setting
  • The ability to work long shifts (12 hours +)
  • A valid manual UK driving licence
  • The legal right to live and work in the UK
  • The ability to work one “sleep-in” per week (at a rate of £50 per night on top of base salary)

What Youll Be Doing

  • Supporting daily routines from morning care to bedtime
  • Going out and about! Daily activities, local trips and whole days out.
  • Planning fun, person-centred activities that boost wellbeing
  • Contributing to tailored support plans
  • Building therapeutic relationships that truly make a difference
  • Supporting with meal preparation in partnership with those we support
  • Keeping accurate support notes every detail matters
  • One “sleep-in” per week in a comfortable, spacious room with en-suite bathroom
