We’re looking for skilled and motivated Mobile Service Engineers to deliver exceptional aftersales support to our customers across the UK and beyond. We are currently seeking Mobile Support Engineers based in Liverpool region. Monday – Thursday 8.15am-5pm Friday 8am-1pm. What You’ll Do As a Mobile Service Engineer, you’ll be the primary point of contact for customers, resolving vehicle faults efficiently and professionally. Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults using advanced diagnostic tools and Wrightbus manuals. Communicating root cause analysis and repair estimates to the Parts & Service Team. Supporting customers on-site and at various locations as required. Participating in ongoing training, including factory-based and EV/Hydrogen systems. What We’re Looking For NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Heavy Vehicle or PSV Engineering (or equivalent). Minimum 1 year’s experience in a heavy vehicle/PSV environment, dealership, or fleet. Strong mechanical and technical skills with the ability to diagnose and repair faults effectively. Flexibility to work weekend or alternative shifts on a rota basis.
