We’re looking for a SHE Manager to join our Yorkshire Water Framework.
Location: Leeds
Hours: 45 hours per week – some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

What will you be responsible for?
As a SHE Manager, you’ll be working within the Water team, supporting them in delivering excellent health, safety, and environmental management across multiple projects.
Your Day To Day Will Include
- Guiding the team by setting and maintaining the highest health, safety, and environmental standards across all projects
- Conducting regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with both Kier and client requirements
- Leading accident and incident investigations, ensuring timely reporting and meaningful trend analysis
- Collaborating closely with project teams, clients, sub‑contractors, and suppliers to implement effective safety strategies
- Managing and mentoring a team of SHE Advisors, ensuring they’re well‑resourced and supported to deliver excellence
What are we looking for?
- You hold a NEBOSH Level 6 Diploma or equivalent qualification in health, safety, and environmental management
- You have professional membership of a relevant institution (such as IOSH, IIRSM, or IEMA)
- You bring experience managing health and safety in construction or another high‑risk industry
- You have experience leading and developing a team of health and safety professionals
- You hold a Full driving licence
