Salary: £30,000 + commission (OTE £42,000) + bonuses

What You’ll Do
- Manage and develop strong relationships with a portfolio of customers
- Drive customer retention, engagement and satisfaction
- Conduct regular account reviews and success planning sessions
- Identify upsell and growth opportunities where appropriate
- Resolve customer concerns and coordinate solutions with internal teams
- Monitor KPIs and ensure customers achieve desired outcomes
- Support onboarding and adoption of products and services
