Located in Central Brighton, our client’s sales and marketing company is well-established, successful, and continuously growing. As a result, they are looking to expand their team to work on ongoing residential and event-based sales campaigns on a daily basis.
This sales and customer service role will include the following aspects:
- Customer Service
- Marketing
- Promoting
- Face-to-Face Field Sales
- Teamwork

No previous experience is required. Coaching support is available from the start, alongside ongoing mentoring and development opportunities.
Our client offers a Competitive Brand Awareness Fee (a flat fee paid for each day you represent a client, regardless of performance), plus commission and performance incentives.
Requirements for this role include:
- Confident, bubbly and out-going personality
- Strong English communication skill (Both verbal and written)
- Full time equivalent availability: 4/5 full days a week (Mon – Sat)
- Willingness to learn and progress.

This is a subcontracted opportunity with earnings derived from a Brand Awareness Fee, commission and performance incentives.

The roles are based in Brighton.
This role is not suitable for candidates still in education (school/College/University), or current international students. Due to availability, our client is seeking candidates that can work 4/5 full days per week.
