Compassionate Support Worker for Autistic Adult

Lifeways Group is seeking compassionate and reliable full-time Support Workers in Leicester to provide person-centred support to adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism. This role involves community support on a 2:1 basis, typically 10am to 7pm, and may require flexibility in hours.

The successful candidate will assist in personal care, meal preparation, and promote independence for individuals with complex needs. Experience is beneficial but not essential. A driving license is required.
