Role Overview
This is a role at the intersection of finance, analytics, and technology. The position is ideal for someone who started in finance or accounting but has developed strong technical and analytical skills. You will work closely with financial data, regulatory reporting, and systems, while gradually taking ownership of key financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and support financial and regulatory reporting for licensed financial entities
- Work with financial data: analysis, validation, and reconciliation across systems
- Collaborate with external financial institutions and support compliance‑related processes
- Contribute to automation and improvement of financial workflows and reporting toolsSupport budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Bridge the gap between finance and technical teams (data, product, engineering)
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field
- Experience working in fintech (EMI or Acquiring)
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles
- Experience working with regulated environments or financial institutions is a plus
- Practical experience with data tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, BI tools, or similar)
- Ability to understand systems and work with technical teams
