Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the end‑to‑end supply chain, driving efficiency, performance and continuous improvement.
- Manage the existing purchasing team and conduct day‑to‑day negotiations with global suppliers.
- Effectively manage the global supply chain and report on key KPIs such as inventory turns, forecast accuracy, OTIF and cost‑to‑serve.
- Lead weekly planning meetings and provide insights to senior management.
- Manage stores within the manufacturing facility to drive operational efficiency.
- Perform other ad‑hoc duties as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience developing and implementing procurement strategies and supply contracts, preferably within a manufacturing or related industry.
- Knowledge of procurement, inventory control, planning and logistics.
- Excellent communication, people‑management and negotiation skills.
- Experience using ERP/MRP systems.
