Quantity Surveyor – Groundworks & Civil Engineering (Permanent)

This successful North Antrim based Contractor is actively seeking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to join their Commercial team. Sectors: Civil Engineering, Groundworks, Muck shifting All projects are Northern Ireland based Duties: – responsible for all Commercial aspects of projects – management of subcontractors – take offs – handle all final accounts – preparing Bills of Quantities – preparing cost and value reports – liaise with Site Managers / Contracts managers based on site Applicants are expected to have at least 1- 2 years experience working with a Small – medium sized Main Contractor, who will have the capability of managing small to medium sized projects from start to finish.
