Maintain high accuracy in order processing, including managing credit card transactions. Retain commercial contract customers and develop strategies to foster strong, lasting relationships. Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the Service Manager. Identify and develop new business opportunities, maintaining a healthy sales pipeline for future growth. Track and record sales activities to monitor performance. Continuously develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Kingspans products and services. Provide exceptional, professional service to both internal and external customers. Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including field engineers. Ensure compliance with company procedures and legal requirements. What we are looking for: Five GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths. Ideally 12 years experience training provided Call Centre experience desirable Proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs. Exceptional organizational and planning abilities.
