What will the Finance Business Partner role involve?

• Preparation of monthly management accounts
• Conducting financial and data analysis to identify trends and key insights
• Performing variance analysis and balance sheet reconciliations
• Calculating labour recovery rates and understanding contract profitability
• Providing financial insights to operational teams and influencing decision-making

Suitable Candidate for the Finance Business Partner vacancy:

• A background in management accounting
• Strong Excel skills and the ability to work with large datasets
• Experience in financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to partner effectively with operational teams
• ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
• Experience in construction, maintenance, manufacturing, or a similar industry (preferred)
