Tech M&A Associate, London — Execute High-Impact Deals

Brock & Decker, an independent advisory firm, is seeking an Associate to join its London office. This role will provide exposure to a wide variety of M&A transactions across technology-enabled sectors, collaborating closely with senior bankers, founders, and private equity investors on both sell-side and buy-side mandates.

The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of experience in investment banking or related fields, strong financial modelling skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
