Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (2+ PQE)

Stratford, London (E15)

£60,000 – £70,000

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a highly respected and long-established law firm with a strong presence across London and the South East. The Opportunity

Due to continued growth and increasing client demand, the firm is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE to join its busy Stratford office.

You will inherit a strong pipeline of work and manage a varied caseload from instruction through to post-completion. The role offers significant autonomy, direct client contact, and the opportunity to become an integral part of a highly successful property team.

The department benefits from longstanding relationships with estate agents, introducers, developers, lenders, and repeat clients, ensuring a consistent flow of quality instructions throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion and post-completion.

Handling:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases

• Remortgages

• Transfers of equity

• New build purchases

• Shared ownership transactions

• Help to Buy matters

• Auction transactions

• Residential development plot sales (where applicable)

• Drafting and reviewing contracts and supporting legal documentation.

• Conducting title investigations and reporting to clients and lenders.

• Liaising with clients, estate agents, brokers, lenders, management companies and other solicitors.

• Maintaining high standards of client care throughout the transaction process.

• Assisting with business development and helping to strengthen existing referral relationships.

About You

The successful candidate will possess:

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer status.

• A minimum of 2 years PQE within Residential Conveyancing.

• Experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently.

• Strong technical knowledge of residential property transactions.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining exceptional client service standards.
