As aSales Assistant based in EastKilbride, you’ll be responsiblefor:
Servingcustomers on the trade counter by understanding their specificneeds and providing productrecommendations
Respondingto customer enquiries via phone & email promptly andcourteously, with a proactiveattitude
Proactivelycontacting customers to build relationships and drive branchgrowth, particularly focusing on those with reduced or inactivespending
General warehouseduties including picking & packing customer orders, unpackingand putting away deliveries and ensuring high standards aremaintained in thebranch.
Manual handling ofheavy items e.g. boilers, radiators, sinks andtoilets
Thisis a full time permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday –Friday between 07.30am – 5pm and alternate Saturdays 08.00am –12.00pm.
