Role Description This is a full-time remote Inside Sales Manager role responsible for driving revenue growth and nurturing customer relationships across FÔLD’s global community. The Inside Sales Manager will oversee inbound and outbound sales activities, qualify leads, conduct virtual consultations, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle from initial contact to close. This role includes building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. The Inside Sales Manager will also collaborate with marketing and operations to refine lead generation processes, optimize sales scripts and messaging, and provide feedback on customer needs and market trends. Daily responsibilities include forecasting pipeline, tracking performance against targets, using CRM tools for accurate reporting, and coaching inside sales teammates or contractors as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proven Inside Sales skills, including managing full sales cycles, conducting virtual demos or consultations, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in Lead Generation and pipeline development, with the ability to qualify prospects, prioritize opportunities, and follow up consistently.
  • Strong Account Management and Customer Satisfaction focus, including relationship building, proactive follow-up, and handling inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
  • Solid Sales fundamentals, including negotiation, closing techniques, objection handling, and value-based selling.
  • Comfort using CRM and sales enablement tools, with strong data accuracy and reporting habits.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain product benefits clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time across multiple time zones.
  • Previous experience in fitness, wellness, consumer products, or e-commerce sales is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
