What you will do
- Assessment & Case Management: Undertake comprehensive assessments of children and families in line with statutory requirements.
- Care Planning: Manage a caseload of Children in Need, developing and reviewing tailored intervention plans.
- Risk Management: Complete risk assessments and implement strategies to safeguard children and reduce vulnerability.
- Safeguarding: Identify safeguarding concerns and take appropriate action, escalating when necessary.
- Multi-Agency Working: Attend and contribute to strategy meetings, case conferences, and reviews.
- Family Engagement: Build strong relationships with children and families, ensuring their voices are central to decision-making.
- Partnership Working: Collaborate with education, health, and other professionals to deliver coordinated support.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, high-quality records and reports in line with professional standards.
