Weekend Security Officer

Location: AKS Lytham Independent School, Lytham St Annes.

Contract: Permanent, Part Time (15 hours, Saturday and Sunday).

Salary: £10,682 (FTE £26,704).

Reports to: Head of Estates and Grounds.

Job Purpose

Ensuring the safety and security of students, staff, and school property.

Main Responsibilities

• Patrol school grounds.
• Monitor surveillance systems.
• Manage out‑of‑hours access to the school.
• Assist in setting up functions as required.
• Act as point of contact for weekend external lettings.
• Carry out any other tasks reasonably required by the Head of Estates and Grounds.
