Strategic Recruitment Partner – Hybrid & Flexible Work

AerFin is looking for a passionate Recruitment Business Partner for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role will shape a best-in-class recruitment experience while enhancing our employer brand. You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, partner with hiring managers, and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
