Head of AI Automations & Agents for Financial Inclusion

M-KOPA is seeking a Lead AI Engineer to take charge of a new AI Ops team that designs and implements automations and AI agents. Your work will support over 2,300 employees globally, helping them engage in financial inclusion efforts.

This fully remote role allows you to collaborate with diverse teams across the UK, Europe, and Africa. You will manage two engineers, build impactful automations, and refine AI integrations while staying on top of the latest technologies.
