Employee Relations Consultant – Change & Leader Coaching

Hastings Direct is looking for an Employee Relations Consultant to work in a hybrid capacity from either Leicester or Bexhill. In this role, you will provide guidance to leaders on colleague issues, manage risk, and support effective organizational change.
