Remote PPM Planner – Maintenance & SLA Expert

Hall & Kay is seeking a PPM Planner based in Scotland, responsible for managing Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) work orders and collaborating with Engineering teams to enhance asset data and completion times.

The ideal candidate has experience in the sprinkler, construction, engineering, or FM industries, strong interpersonal skills, and is adept at managing time and prioritizing tasks. This role requires occasional travel to the Glasgow office.
