The menu is built around seasonal plates, handmade pasta, and a confident drinks programme anchored by spritzes, negronis, and an Italian wine list. We are seeking an exceptional General Manager who brings talent and heart to the role, energised by creating elevated dining experiences in breathtaking surroundings and turning moments into memories for guests.

Responsibilities
- Lead a large team in a fast-paced, premium venue, ensuring smooth and structured operations.
- Take full ownership of financials, people, compliance, and guest experience.
- Be disruptive—challenge the norm, ask questions, and push boundaries.
- Develop and empower the management team to lead with structure, confidence, and independence.
- Obsess over service standards—delivering nothing short of excellence.
- Coach, mentor, and inspire with a focus on people development.

- Ensure safety of guests, team, and venue at all times.
- Maintain compliance—promote online training, checks, and best practices.

Who You’ll Be
- An accomplished leader with a track record of driving excellence in elevated, food-focused venues, combining operational expertise with warm, approachable hospitality.
- Strong business acumen—confident in managing financials, budgets, and targets.
- Experience managing relationships and operational interfaces within major developments, understanding multi-stakeholder estates, and maintaining relationships with landlords and local authorities.
