Senior Grounds Maintenance Contract Supervisor

Accuro Environmental is seeking a Contract Supervisor to manage a mobile team of 11 to 15 grounds maintenance operatives based in Watford. This role involves overseeing task schedules, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring high standards of service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have extensive supervisory experience in a public sector or similar environment, strong IT skills, and the ability to lead effectively. A full driving licence is required for site travel.

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 per annum along with a company vehicle and private health insurance.
