Our leading client in the Salesforce world is looking to hire a Salesforce Agentforce Revenue Management (ARM) Architect to work on a permanent basis in the UK. The role allows remote work with occasional visits to the London office or client site.

Responsibilities

This role involves using ARM knowledge to design, implement, and lead ARM initiatives. You will be strategic and hands‑on, responsible for gathering requirements, discovery workshops, solutioning, development, integration, testing, deployment, data modeling, and risk management.

Qualifications

• Salesforce Agentforce Revenue Management (ARM) – formerly RLM / RCA – Essential
• Architect – Essential
• Strong communication or consultancy skills
• Degree
• Salesforce certified
• 6+ years in Sales or Service Cloud
• 3+ years in Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Billing, Experience Cloud
• 4+ CPQ projects
• Q2C experience
• Experience in manufacturing or hi‑tech
