A leading Cravath paying US law firm based in the city, is growing their Leverage Finance team, by making a strategic hire into their London team. This is a brand-new mandate aimed to support their growth in the London market.
The team in question is comprised of 20 lawyers, including partners, who have built a strong reputation for being highly successful, entrepreneurial and collaborative. Successful candidates will be exposed to top-of-the-market work, predominantly lender-side transactions focussed, however candidates with a mixed sponsor & lender side practice are encouraged to apply.
