Overview
You will lead a team of Senior Manufacturing Engineers on a growing site with increasing production rates and an expanding pipeline. Your influence will shape how the manufacturing function scales, not just how it runs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage workloads and drive continuous improvement.
- Represent the team at cross-functional forums.
- Engage in Design for Manufacturing (DfM) conversations early to make a timely impact.
- Opportunities to contribute to manufacturing architecture and future factory concepts.
Qualifications
- Solid engineering background with experience interpreting design drawings and developing manufacturing methods.
- Strong leadership skills – able to guide a team rather than just work in one.
- Defence or aerospace sector experience is an advantage; technical foundation and mindset are more important.
- UK nationality and UK security clearance required.
- Working 4-5 days a week on site.
