Salesforce Technical ArchitectLocation: London 3 days onsiteDuration: 12 monthsWe are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions as part of a large-scale digital transformation programme.Key Responsibilities

• Define and govern Salesforce architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Design integrations with enterprise platforms using APIs, middleware, and event-driven architectures.
• Lead technical design reviews, security, data governance, and platform scalability.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and delivery partners to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and architectural guidance to development teams.
• Support Agile delivery, backlog refinement, and solution quality assurance.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years’ experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect.
• Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and integrations.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale digital transformation programmes.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred

• Experience with Marketing Cloud, Agentforce, Data Cloud, or AI-driven customer solutions.
• Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect, or CTA certification.
