The Independent Schools Council is seeking a J15 Lead Rowing Coach at Sir William Perkins’s School Boat Club. This full-time, permanent position starting in September 2026 requires a candidate passionate about rowing to develop students from J14s to compete nationally.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional coaching skills, keen organizational abilities, and a commitment to student safety and wellbeing. The role includes leading the J15 Squad throughout the season, attending local and national events, and integrating within the coaching team.
