About the role

  • You will run a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing files involving sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold and new build properties.
  • Minimum of 3-year residential conveyancing experience required.
  • We are currently recruiting for this position in our Cheltenham office.

About you

  • Applications are welcome from experienced Conveyancing Executives or Newly Qualified Licensed Conveyancers, CILEX Lawyers or Solicitors.
  • You will be committed to providing a high level of client care.
  • You will be an ambitious and dynamic individual.
  • A positive “can do” attitude is key to our culture and business model.
  • You will be organised, have a strong work ethic and good attention to detail.
  • You will be a qualified Residential Property Solicitor or an experienced Conveyancing Executive with a strong track record in managing your own caseload.
  • Solid experience across a range of residential property transactions, including freehold, leasehold, new build, and shared ownership.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality client service with a personable and professional approach.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage files proactively and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A forward-thinking, positive attitude that reflects and contributes to our supportive, ambitious workplace culture.
