Responsibilities
- Process premium transactions relating to binders and delegated authority business
- Review, validate, and reconcile bordereaux submissions
- Manage premium accounting activities in accordance with Lloyd’s and London Market requirements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within DCOM and Atlas
- Act as a key point of contact for brokers, coverholders, MGAs, and insurers on premium and technical matters
- Support month-end processes and management reporting requirements
- Monitor premium settlements, investigate outstanding balances, and ensure timely resolution
- Provide operational and technical support across multiple classes of business
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and market partners
- Attend client and stakeholder meetings as required
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a London Market insurance operations, technical processing, or premium management role
- Strong knowledge of delegated authority business, including binder arrangement
- Sound understanding of Lloyd’s and wider London Market processes and practice
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational capabilities
- Ability to prioritise workloads and manage competing demands effectively
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships across a range of stakeholders
