A rare opportunity for an aspiring Operations Manager with an electrical background to join a fast‑growing contractor in a key position, leading the delivery of electrical projects with progression to Operations Director. This contractor specialises in commercial electrical installations for a range of blue‑chip clients across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial electrical installation projects across the UK.
• Coordinate labour, subcontractors, materials, and project schedules.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout project delivery.
• Manage rollout programmes and ensure projects are delivered on time.
• Support health & safety and operational performance across projects.

Qualifications

• Contract/Operational Management background.
• Electrical and/or construction background.
• Experience managing electrical commercial or retail installation projects.
• Strong communication and client‑facing skills.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel occasionally for site visits.
