Working 37 hours per week, term time only plus 10 days with an actual pro‑rated salary of £27,581 – £29,472 per annum (pay award pending).
Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the year group’s pastoral care, promoting attendance, punctuality, behaviour, and uniform standards.
- Monitor and support student academic progress.
- Serve as the first point of contact for parents and carers.
- Supervise whole classes during teacher absences and deliver assemblies when required.
- Collaborate with the pastoral team and leadership to uphold high standards.
