Senior Automatic Door Engineer – Midlands

Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 DOE + Overtime

Holiday: 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Automatic Door Engineer to join a growing and well‑established engineering team covering sites across the Midlands.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer looking for a senior‑level role with strong earning potential through overtime and the opportunity to work with a professional and supportive team.

The Role

You will be responsible for the service, maintenance, fault finding, repair, and installation support of a wide range of automatic door systems across commercial and industrial sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Service and maintenance of automatic door systems
• Fault finding and breakdown repairs
• Working on sliding, swing, and revolving door systems
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with industry standards
• Providing excellent customer service on‑site
• Supporting and mentoring junior engineers where required

Requirements

• Previous experience working as an Automatic Door Engineer
• ADSA accreditation is essential
• Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
• Excellent communication and customer‑facing skills
