The Role

Territory:(Berkshire, Hampshire & Surrey) Including Reading, Slough, Oxford, Harrow & Luton

As a Territory Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing customer relationships across your designated territory. Working as part of a successful field sales team, you will identify new business opportunities, grow existing accounts, and become a trusted partner to your customers.

What will I be doing?

You’ll be given the autonomy to manage your territory, develop long-term customer relationships, and make a direct impact on business growth.

  • Managing and developing a portfolio of existing customers across your territory

  • Identifying and winning new business opportunities

  • Building strong relationships with key decision-makers

  • Conducting customer meetings and site visits

  • Delivering consultative sales solutions tailored to customer needs

  • Working towards agreed sales and growth targets

  • Maintaining accurate customer records and pipeline activity

  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service

You will act as the face of the business within your territory, representing the company professionally and helping customers improve efficiency, productivity, and overall business performance.

The Person

  • Minimum 2 years’ B2B sales experience

  • Proven track record of developing accounts and winning new business

  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills

  • Consultative sales approach with a customer-focused mindset

  • Self-motivated, organised, and target-driven

  • Professional and engaging manner

  • Full UK driving licence

This role would suit candidates from an industrial or components services backgroud, or someone from transferable sectors such as: workwear, hygiene, or any contract rental background.
